Initial Software Setup - VendorPal™ will install and setup the system on your server. You will begin training and working on a fully-active system from day one.
User Training - VendorPal™ is intuitive and simple to use. If you can shop online, you can use VendorPal™ Our setup team will provide as much phone and web training as necessary to ensure that all of your staff are able to get as much benefit from the system as possible.
Customization - VendorPal™ will customize the software, based on the unique characteristics of your products and business to ensure that you can track the factors that drive your sales.
Retailer Buying Staff Training - VendorPal™ will gladly train all consultants, reps and buying staff, selected by the vendor, in an effort to increase retailer participation.
VendorPal™ Telephone Support - a customer representative will be available to assist you Monday though Friday (9-5 CST).
VendorPal™ E-mail Support - a customer representative will be available for e-mail support 7 days a week. All e-mails will receive a response within 24 hours.
